Manages the daily activities for the company's card and project operation, including payment processing, client account managing, project management, quality control, reconciliation and associated support functions. Designs and implements operations policies and procedures and recommends changes to increase efficiency . Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
- Oversee project pipeline and process flow and how operations are mainly involved, and assign the attributes and tasks needed for each project with time line.
