Develop and maintain business integrated HR information systems to enable effective decision making and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop Compensation & Benefits policies, grading structure, job evaluation and job mapping (Hay methodology) to establish
competitive advantage program.
Prepare and follow budget for total workforce plan
