Prepare Registration dossiers and submit it to the different authorities and
legislation bodies. Products including Pharmaceuticals, GSL, Medical Devices
and Cosmetics.
Following up with registration files.
Issuing MOH import permits, for Registered and Non Registered products.
Preparing and submitting classification applications.
Handling trade marks exclusivity at Ministry of Econony.
Communicating with abroad agents to ensure all documentations meet MOH
and DM requirements.
Supervising day to day warehousing tasks, invoicing, order deliveries, inventory
control, etc.
Representing the company at HAAD and MOH as the lead pharmacist
Handling warehouse renewals with HAAD and MOH, ensure it is operating as
per HAAD Jawda List and MOH QHSE guidelines.
Conducting regular trainings to ensure full understanding of warehouse team of
HAAD and MOH SOPs
Handling Medical Transportation Units (MTU) registrations and renewals at
HAAD, ensure its operation under optimal conditions as per HAAD standards.
Internal policy & SOP’s writing and impementation.
Purchasing, Following up on new consignments received from abroad and
locally from UAE Vendors.
Implementation of VAT to a wide range of products
Generate Weekly and monthly system generated reports for higher
management.
Overseeing the implementation of customer service standards in the store, and
ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient handling of complaints.
Carry out period stock check to ensure accountability of stock at all times.
General Management of the Warehouse and supply chain Team.
Finding new business development opportunities and utilizing them.
Co-oridate with sales & marketing, financial, operations and tendering teams.
Supervising day to day warehousing tasks, invoicing, order deliveries, inventory control, Representing the company at HAAD and MOH as the lead pharmacist Handling Initial warehouse registration approvals and renewals. Generate Weekly and monthly system generated reports for higher management. Following up with Medical and Sales representatives on their daily visits and plans, Assisting for achieving their targets.

Managing and resolving complaints. training and supervision of Pharmacy Assistants and Sales associates. Communicating with customers sympathetically and supportively. Giving private consultations when required. Maintaining pharmaceutical stock, creating inventories and ordering more drugs. Driving pharmacy sales to meet assigned targets.
