Coordinating with sales team over contacting and acquiring orders from the clients. Creating adoptions for the clients in association with sales & marketing team. Contacting international publishers around the globe for the quotations and submission of the quotation on a specific deadline time frame to key clients. Data preparation & analysis, cost evaluation and identifying opportunities for cost-saving. Processing orders with numerous publishers at a time with continuous follow up until the shipment is received at our end. Processing all the dispatch for the received goods to the end user (overseas clients) by preparing all necessary documents for onward shipping. Coordinating with the warehouse for the incoming and outgoing stock and managing the day to day process of incoming and outgoing shipments. Evaluating sales projection for the clients, managing changes/revisions, and acting as a key liaison from inventory. Currently handling around 250+ key clients (Schools, College & Educational Institutes) in UAE,
Kuwait, Qatar and Jordan.
Acquiring new to bank high net worth individual customers for the HSBC PREMIER banking
Services which is a relationship of minimum ₹ 2.5 million.

Driving sales through activities, clubs and associations.
