Executive Management:
• Led a cohesive procurement strategy that aligns with organizational standards and ensures that all resources are acquired at most competitive market prices and have best in class quality.
• Reshaped procurement policies and operational frameworks in order to optimize value of money, drive increase in revenues/ margins while delivering successfully on quality, price, and process efficiency.
Procurement Operations:
• Steered the entire procurement function which also included setting supplier qualification strategies, preparing and evaluating purchase orders, negotiating contracts and resolving issues to maintain smooth operations and keep costs controlled.
