• Set strategies for the training/development plan for Abu Issa Holding group
• Continuously provide various talent pools for internal hiring

• Chalking out comprehensive training and development programs after careful need and gap analysis, analyzing reasons for deficiency and aiming at improving productivity and building capability among company employees.
• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs aligned with the organization's objectives
• Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans.
• Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements.
• Prepare and implement training budget.
• Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
• Building relationships with 3rd party training providers.
• Preparing the annual training calendar and making the needed changes to fit the business needs.
• Conducting the training sessions as per the annual training calendar.
• Follow up on conducting the technical training for staff.
• Visiting the stores for follow up on training implementation on the floor.
Senior BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) - (Customer Service Core) and Soft Skills trainer in EDUEgypt program conducted for senior university students, supported by ITI (Information Technology Institute), Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, ITIDA (Information Technology Industry Development Agency) and Ministry of Higher Education. (http://www.eduegypt.gov.eg/) - 2008 till present.
Duties in EDUEgypt Project:
- Delivering sessions in BPO skills, Aptitude Tests and MS Office skills
- Delivering Soft Skills sessions
- MS Office trainer in the program of Improving ITI coordinators’ IT skills
- Preparing and developing training curricula (Time Management, Business Writing)
