• Inventory, Sales Order, Advanced Pricing, Tender, and HR Modules.
• Meet with decision makers, systems owners and end users to define business requirements, systems goals, identify and resolve business systems issues.

• Model business and systems processes based on findings through use case scenarios, and data models.
• Develop and execute test plans; Report on findings and make recommendations for improvement; coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
• Provide training to end users for all modified and new systems.
• Also working as Head of Support that Communicate, analyze and solve problems to identify, and resolve systems issues for all Out-Site’ customers.

• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, recruitment websites, recruiting firms, and employee referrals
• Screening resume, conducting interviews, administering tests, and evaluating applicant qualifications
