- Hiring more than 200 candidates in 15 different vacancies according to the annual manpower planning.
- Implement the internal recruitment process, and increase the internal vacancies opportunities.
- Conduct job analysis process and update the job descriptions for more than 20 different positions.
- Responsible for the newly comers orientation sessions, and developing the orientation’s program material.
- Develops a competency-based interview process.
- Deliver Recruitment & Selection services based upon managing Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
-Supervise and manage zupervisors keeping them on track by overseeing their work and analyzing their performance on a regular basis.
-Help and handle visitors and solve their problems.
-Make sure that every establishment has all daily materials to start the shift.
-Train zupervisors and make them ready for dealing with kids
-Supervising the work activities and suggesting implementing changes, which will make the output more effective.
-Use the company’s proprietary online systems to manage daily tasks to include placing warehouse work order, daily sorting and data mining for daily reports.
-Plan, schedule and manage daily inventory to insure appropriate and timely inventory turns.
-Responsible for a team of 50 members and Submit the monthly schedule according to the headcount analysis.
-Keeping the employees on track by overseeing their work and analyzing their performance on a regular basis.
-Ensure workflow and processes are followed as needed to achieve business objectives and maximum level of operational efficiency.
