Social worker ( Case manager - Irbid, Mafraq and Zaatari camp with Syrian refugees,
1- Identify beneficiaries' needs ( disabilities and vulnerabilities ), through internal referrals to our teams or by external referrals to other agencies , linking them with other members to ensure that they well get their basic needs as soon as possible, also working as a mobile and fixed team, outreach and achieving the objectives of the action plan
3- Respecting beneficiaries confidentiality , also respecting their refusal of treatment, respecting their cultural and religious thoughts, also reporting of any protection cases of the beneficiaries, and interacting with children in good ways
-Good communication skills with the beneficiaries by listening to their Complaints and provide them more time to talk about their needs and Problems, trying to find solutions by asking line manager or the other teams
Improving action plan within MDT with supporting from the line manager, and sharing information about other cases located outside of my area of intervention
2- Present HI in good manner by visibility, respecting HI rules and procedures by reporting to the line manager of any issues related , participating in different activities ( Awareness sessions with inclusion In refugees camps or Host communities ) or even by Mobile ( outreach) Visit to develop the relationships with INGOs, LNGOs,
Community development officer responsible of volunteers ( Syrian ) , Psycho social support
Case manager - child protection with Minors ( Separated and unaccompanied children In Zaatari camp ( A-B shift ) Responsible for Bail out and reunification
