⁃ Responsible to prepare all the applications of the Mosal & MOI works ( residencies, visas, representatives IDs ) ⁃ Responsible to prepare all the applications and official letters to renew companies licenses and certificates, authorized signatories and make sure its updated and valid . ⁃ Answer and direct phone calls ⁃ Organize and schedule meetings and appointments ⁃ Maintain contact lists ⁃ Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms ⁃ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports ⁃ Develop and maintain a filing system for the companies documents and the employees files ⁃ dealing with the representatives to coordinate the works . ⁃ responsible to coordinate with accounts and the concerned divisions regarding the traffic penalties, cars and land lines . ⁃ responsible to prepare the social security applications for the national workers and company and coordinate with accounts and administrative dept. to prepare the necessary payments. ⁃ review the monthly payroll to ensure that the salaries matching the requirements of the Ministry of Social Affairs ⁃ Responsible for the admin work on one of the company's agencies (Gs Engineering Co. ) to provide the agency and the projects all the requested support such as employees residencies, letters, representatives IDs, permissions to enter KOC & KNPC sites, police reports, social security, salary certificates, ex... ⁃ Assist to Put an admin policy for the company and ensure the implementation of this policy ⁃ Purchasing stationery ⁃ Responsible to provide the employees with ( salary certificate, experience certificate, personal documents, contracts) ⁃ Responsible to prepare employment letter and applications, warnings, increases ⁃ Presenting monthly report for the work status .
