Position: HR Specialist.
Employer: Egyptian group for metal works.
Main duties & Tasks:-
Starting from July 2008 - Sep.2010 working as a PA to the CEO
 Translating documents from English into Arabic and from Arabic into English.
 Handling incoming / outgoing emails & faxes.
 Handling incoming / outgoing quotations & issuing purchasing orders. Responsible for company's face book page:
1- To post up to dates and photos of the activities and projects of the company.
2- Answering our clients' inquiries and following up on their needs.
3- Marketing campaigns for our new projects on Face book, sending proposals for potential clients and responding to first and second level of inquiries, including all the correspondence and admin work.
 In charge of reservations, booking & scheduling meetings.
 Organizing office operations & procedures.
 Manages the schedule & activities for the director.
 Presentable in dealing with people & phone calls.
 Entering data and preparing different documents (Official letters, reports, quotations, invoices, excel work sheets, contracts, engineering receiving reports….Etc) in Arabic and English.
 Filing data.
 Taking minutes.
 General supervisor at work site.
From Sep.2010 till June 2013 working as HR specialist
 Regarding the main duties.
 Handle the recruitment process starting from hiring requests and coordinating recruitment administration.
 Responsible for Time Management and vacation balance management and reporting and automatic overtime.
 Cooperate with sections heads in updating job descriptions and specifications.
 Update employees files & following up the process of completing their contracts.
 In charge of medical insurance.
 Preparing training for employees.
 Plane and organize all social events to the company and coordinate with stuff.
