Fully responsible for the Human Resources services (H2R) & Facilities Management (FM) services across seven locations. Lead the human resources function to develop and strengthen organization capability through assessing organization skills bank and systems; addressing organization gaps; developing & leading plans to fill in these gaps. Oversee service delivery and the day-to-day operations of HR & FM services to five manufacturing plants and the HQ; ensure that all KPIs are met and procedures are followed.
Manage Human Resources operations by recruiting, selecting, training, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; resolving problems; and implementing change.
Managing teams in client offices across 14 countries in Middle East and Africa; Proven record of success in building new organizations; talent acquisition, developing teams skills, succession planning, managing sophisticated customer needs and keeping up with high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with the “IMF” requirements. Update job descriptions, job levels and families in different business units. Conduct job matching and market pricing of promotable jobs within the “IMF” business unit; apply job evaluation techniques to establish equitable compensation rates based on internal and external data. Prepare written communication to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies. Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
Design, oversee and implement the company’s compensation and benefits programs. Monitor salary structures, and ensure that compensation and benefits policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision. Stay on top of changing governmental regulations. Evaluate competitors’ compensation and benefits packages and update the company packages to improve employees’ satisfaction and reduce turn over.
