• Develop and execute fire safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
• Develop & implement no smoking policy within the organization
• Identify a suitable designated smoking area and ensure its free from combustible
• Conduct daily inspection to identify & eliminate fire hazard
• Advise employees on how to minimize or ultimately avoid risks of fire and hazards in the workplace
• Manage emergency procedures (such as fire alarm drills) and organizing emergency teams such as fire marshals and first aiders
• Offer general health and safety advice to all employees
• Ensure firefighting & fire alarm annual maintenance contract (AMC) for each building& maintenance records are documented.
• Process & renewing of Civil Defense Safety Certificate for each buildings and maintaining the records
• Ensure fighting & fire alarm systems are updated as per legal requirements.
• Ensure fire wardens are trained from each department & refreshers training are provided twice in a year.
• Conduct accident investigation & near miss
• Ensuring proper maintenance of fire detection device & firefighting equipment
• Monitor and Identify employee safety training needs
• Reviewing JHA and WMS
• Ensure buildings are in compliance with civil defense fire safety codes & NFPA standards.
• I am responsible for all the safety related issues • Develop fire safety plans

• Ensure compliance to Abu Dhabi health and safety regulations.
• Responsible for the maintenance of fire systems and ensure fire pump set are healthy and in standby auto mode.
• Responsible for training Staff on fire and safety awareness program based on the hazard related to their job or department.
• Responsible for training staff on (Disaster)Emergency management plan (color codes and action cards)
• Conducting hazard volunability analysis and advising the management on the possible corrective actions.
• Conducting periodic fire & safety Risk Assessment and audit inspection in all department according to regulation.
• Responsible for Conducting Accident/incident investigation to prevent future reoccurrence
• Advising management of any new health and safety regulation.
• Responsible for inspecting of the entire fire detection device and firefighting equipment.
• Responsible for conducting and monitoring ofFire Drill and Evacuation exercise
• Selecting and training fire wardens from all departments.
• Active member of health safety and environment (HSE) committee.
• Daily monitoring, communication and supervisor to ensure staff compliance with departmental safety policy
• Responsible for conducting periodic fire and safety risk assessment and audit inspection in all departments according to regulation
• Responsible for monthly inspection of fire detection device and firefighting equipment.
• Responsible for training, conducting and monitoring of Fire Drills and Evacuation.
• Internal auditor (team leader engr. dept.)
• Ensure contract for maintenance of firefighting equipment.
• Selecting and training fire wardens from all departments.
• Active member of health safety and environment (HSE) committee.
• Daily monitoring, communication and supervisor to ensure staff compliance with departmental safety policy
• Daily supervision to ensure a good waste management system.
• Recording and filing of hazardous chemical inventory
