▪ Receive and process warranty claims from completed projects.
▪ Review all claims for parts and equipment to determine which are validated by warranty.
▪ Liaise with Client for any other information required to process the Claim.
▪ Manage all warranty claims and submit to supplier/manufacturer for appropriate action.
▪ Responsible to monitor and update Warranty Portal and related activities for a particular project.
▪ Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Commissioning, Procurement or Suppliers for sourcing
required replacement parts and services.
▪ Preparation of Material Requisition for the required parts and services.
▪ Liaise with Procurement to ensure Purchase Orders and Services are in place.
▪ Keep and update records of personnel documents for mobilization/site visit ensuring they have
all the required offshore, safety trainings, visa, etc.
▪ Liaise with HR department to organize LOI’s (Letter of Intent) at job site specific visas.
▪ Liaise with travel department for transportation, flights and accommodation for site visit.
▪ Liaise with customs/logistics department to prepare the necessary entry/exit pass for the
material’s required offshore.
▪ Arrange petty cash for personnel expenses.
▪ Track the collection, delivery and installation of the required parts.
▪ Verify offshore reports including timesheets and other documents required for invoicing and
payment.
▪ Monitor and control register logs and follow through to closure of warranty claims.
▪ Maintain and update all information to warranty database and prepare require filling documents.
▪ Maintain records and references of Supplier/Manufacturer details.
▪ Assist in tasks delegated by commissioning and completion team
