-Assist the customer efficiently and provide excellent customer service to enhance sale performance & achieve the assigned monthly target
-Ensures that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging customers;
-Prepare in store promotions and recommends plans that will help increase sales and ensuring that all the products are in good conditions and available and properly displayed in selling area.
-Ordering Stocks from the Supplier and responsible for updating promotions, sending mails and direct contact to the buyer.
-Perform general clerical duties include photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
-Responsible for ordering office and pantry supplies, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available and maintain supply inventories.
-Answer telephone inquiries from customers, attend visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their inquiries.
-Responsible to coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.
-Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
-Process merchandise returns and exchanges.
-Request information or assistance using paging systems.
