Troubleshoot Defective Breaker, Contactor, Start Capacitors, Run capacitor, Filter drier of ACCU’S / WRAC, and to Preventive maintenance AHU’s, A/C units. To Charging/Discharging Freon of ACCU SPLIT TYPE, WRAC, CASSETTE TYPE.
To operate AIR HANDLING UNIT in manual operation incase of emergency (AHU), Pump motors, VFD, BYPASS SWITCH, DDC, TRACER.
To recovery Freon when it comes to repair package unit.
To operate and maintenance GENSET CATERPILLAR type in case of power shortage.
To operate FIRE HYDRANT and sprinklers or FDAS in case of emergency
Handling ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL TOLLS.
To operate defective faucets, plumber, including lightings.
To brazing copper tube, and welding steel bar or tube.
TO ASSEMBLE ALL PARTS OF A/C, HVAC, AND AHU'S

A factory installed / Assembled of modular sections consisting of PU Foam panels smaller and bigger size and major components such as centrifugal fan with V-belt drive, single or multiple plenum fans with direct-drive, Coils, Filters, and other necessary equipment to perform one or more of the following functions of circulating, cleaning, Heating, Cooling, Humidifying, Dehumidifying and mixing of air (Dampers) and other necessary equipment to perform special design such as Heat Wheel, Heat Pipe, Heat Plate Exchanger and Spray Washer.
Timely attend to production area to expedite production / Project requirement on special parts / component’s identification, on new process familiarization, on new assembly method, coordination with outside contractor / vendor at production line, product’s inspection by customer. To track the progress on critical delivery job to achieve on-time delivery target.
To attend AHU cost reduction activities, to provide technical support to implement cost reduction action plans into production documents to review and / or to update to develop new and / or to revise drawings, to develop new and / or to revise Bill of Materials (B.O.M.), accurate part numbering, specifications review / update, to initiate and expedite Engineering Change Notice (E.C.N.).
To attend quality issues, to identify the root-cause of the issues, to identify solutions to the issues and to provide production support to implement changes into engineering documents - to develop new and / or to revise drawings, to develop new and / or to revise Bill of Materials (B.O.M.), part numbering, specifications review / update, to initiate and to expedite Engineering Change Notice (E.C.N.), to review and update Quality documentations.
Be responsible, proactive and efficient all assignments and to implement Time-Sheet as per Management direction.
To improve technical skills by applying Carrier design tools and standard.
Worked on more than 10, 000 AHU’s and on Big AHU’s project like SHOAIBA Power Plant

MACHINE OPERATOR - EXPANDER MACHINE, CNC MACHINE, BENDING MACHINE, T- DRILL MACHINE AND PRESS SHOP MACHINE.
SELF SERVICE
APPLIANCES - Such as AC’s cleaning and replace defective evaporator blower, condenser fan, motor and compressor, TV’s etc.
To be the frontline in answering of all information in a courteous manners regarding to the film, title, character of movies, and last full show. Assist customers of local and foreigners in GP, G, R13
Maintain customer’s allowed, and collect ticket, guide in a premier and deluxe.
