Description: The scope of work includes rail network construction and catenary installation
that includes Turnkey Tramways with distance of 22 kms and 10 km Underground of 28
stations.
• Facilitated a safety culture transformation from reactive to proactive effectively
influencing the stakeholders of the organization.
• Launched a behavior safety program focusing rail safety.
• Partner with human resources and operations management conducting CSR
activities such as bloodletting and beach cleaning etc.
• Completed comprehensive audits, develop action plans with the Regional HSE
Manager addressing gaps in Rail construction.
• Improved workers facilities and condition into HSE approved standards.
Project: Workers Hospital & Integrated Health Center (Mesaieed)
Description: The project comprises of a 120-bed hospital, an integrated health center, a
mosque and a central utility plant and Mercury MENA is MEP contractor under the main
contractor CONTRACO.
• Modernized the training programs of the corporation, bringing them into compliance with
government requirements, preparing for challenges that employees encounter, thereby
reducing turnover.
• Executed a program which provided conformance to requirements of the health and
safety process.
• Implemented the Globally harmonized System (GHS) for HAZCOM across the organization.
• Achieved an 84% reduction of Occupational Safety and Health recordable injuries in the
past two years
Project Title: New Abu Dhabi to Dubai Road Project, Package- B Consultant (AECOM) & PMC
(PARSONS INT’L)
Description: The New Abu Dhabi-Dubai Road Tristar Engineering & Construction and Abu Dhabi
awarded to Kharafi National, in a joint
venture with Maire Technimont (Italy) and JGC (Japan) the contract for the IGD (Integrated
Gas Development) project, for the Habshan 5 complex, in 2009. Valued at 4.7 billion US dollars,
the project was completed in 2013.
• Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on new sites and design risk mitigation
measures
• Review and analyze accidents and near miss incidents and make corrective action
recommendations
• Intervene and stop work for unsafe acts or conditions as needed
• Effectively communicate and interface with the Project HSE Manager and Construction
manager
Liwayway Marketing Corporation (LMC) is the manufacturer of the Oishi brand of
snack products, Sundays and Sun Tea juices. It has over 50 variants of salty snacks, cereals,
popcorn, cookies, powdered juices, and sauces. The main manufacturing facility is located in
Imus, Cavite.
• Assist with the company nurse in daily health records with the employees.
