Started career in 2001 as QA Supervisor and careered through various positions (Configuration Librarian, Sales/Marketing, Customer Support Manager, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager). Responsibilities include PMO management, team management, implementations/delivery, software customization (General, Medical, Life and Banc-Assurance Products) for respective clients in the MENA region. Responsible for project budget, communications, resources, planning/scheduling and control, liaising with third party vendors, and periodic reporting of progress to stake-holders and project steering committee. Additional responsibilities include senior analysis, recommendations, and process reengineering.

IT Auditor, responsible for the IT auditing (software) of commercial banks, financial institutions, and government ministries. Responsibilities include the validation of software banking re-conciliations, random selection analysis criteria, and various integrity tests using specialized software’s. Recommendations for User Security, IT infrastructure, software platform and process re-engineering for in-house software solutions to conform to regulatory and compliance standards, and to eliminate any possibility of fraud, ML, electronic, etc.

IT Business Analyst providing technical support for London Heathrow’s Terminals 1, 2, 3 for enhancement of existing systems Y2K Projects. Business Analyst on “Baggage Tag Project”, roll-out and implementation at 7 airports in UK, working closely and liaising with IBM and SITA implementation teams.

Logistics Manager, responsible for an annual budget of US$4.5m to support a fleet on 8 cargo aircrafts in terms of aviation spare-parts procurement, spare-parts and maintenance planning. Liaising with maintenance programs, aircraft engineers, external vendors, local authorities and FAA regulations.

Instrumentation Engineer responsible for the calibration and maintenance of plant instruments (flow and temperature).
