Conducted the TNA (training Need Analysis) for our operational countries and set the needed courses to cover the special needs for every country.
Trained and coached a team of 400+ employees in UAE and Lebanon.
Achieved a high customer satisfaction and quality standards, the result were reflected by significantly decreasing the customer complaints reaching 0.32% from the total transactions.
Achieved two new countries opening, La Fayette Gourmet (UAE) and Monoprix (Syria) through proper staff training and implementation of operations standards.
