-In Charge of audit assignment and reporting to Supervisor in Charge.
-Review of tax and NSSF filling.
-Maintaining effective working relations with Clients representatives.
-System review and working on internal control weaknesses reports.
-Involved in joint audits between our firm and other international firms.
Range of audit clients: Telecommunication, Manufacturing, trading, Lubricants, Maritime and Postal companies
- In Charge of managing and controlling trade receivables, collection period, and overdue.
- In Charge of implementing and maintaining internal policies in line with Atlas Copco guidelines “THE WAY WE DO THINGS”.
- Assess financial risk and reliability of new and existing customers through analysis in using dedicated tools.
- Develop and maintain procedures as per Gulf Region Credit Policy (UAE - BAHRAIN - OMAN - QATAR - YEMEN).
- Act in order to safeguard minimum level of overdue amounts.
- Maintain a good and reliable customers' database in the Gulf region (ERP, CTP, IPSM, CMDB)
- Follow and update legal cases on customers and assist BC to evaluate adequate provision for doubtful account accordingly.
- Make sure that appropriate risk awareness and internal control procedures are in place and that external and internal auditors get necessary support.
- Undertake regular reporting to the Business Controller and GM including debtor levels and overdue accounts.
- Produce documents for export letters of credit and bank guarantees to be presented to the bank.
- Support the financial manager in the monthly financial closing procedures.
