Responsible in maintaining organize logistics operation in accordance to the established standards and procedures of the company. Ensures effective coordination and expedition of project materials with suppliers, shipping line and clearance agents and delivery transportation to stores; maintained excel spread sheet and files for retrieval and proper monitoring on status of shipments and deliveries; coordinating shipments and reporting status to clients; ensured proper documentation; liaise to customs and agencies if necessary.
Hired as consultant for Import/Export department during the set-up stage of the company. Developed and implement working procedures to avail duty free importation and established systematic receiving and shipment of finished goods to end customers.
Managed and control the company's logistics systems which includes planning and scheduling, order entry, warehouse and distribution, inventory control and shipping. Organized activities of the department and ensures human and material resources are properly utilized. Managed quality and cost control of the department and ensures plans and objectives are met.
Assigned as focal contacts of Sales and Marketing office abroad regarding forecast, inventory availability, delivery schedule, new product releases and issues that may possibly affect the forecasted plan. Ensured continuous supply of raw materials for production in order to achieve the scheduled plans. Prepared monthly demand and availability plan report, weekly production schedule and monitor progress for reporting to the management.
Supervised 6 working staff assigned in receiving, inventory control, finished goods and shipping. Oversee physical inventory and reconciliation each month and ensures all sales order received and shipped are updated in the system.
Supervised Materials Control Team which includes receiving, warehouse and distribution, inventory and shipping. Oversee monthly physical inventory count and ensures products and quantities are reconciled. Ensured assembly schedule and shipment's committed delivery dates are achieved.
Supervised staff assigned in inventory control and shipping and support Operation's planner and scheduler in achieving customer's delivery scheduled plans.
Prepared monthly/weekly production plan and daily sequential schedule of production, monitored daily progress and update reports to customers. Ensured monthly/daily target schedules are met.
