• Work with business unit in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals.
• Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation.
• Establish pricing strategies and guidelines for new product development.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams in product development activities.
• Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
• Assist in new product introduction and release activities.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
• Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.
Ordering and warranty oficer
• Monitor all stock orders to supplier to ensure that order documentations are correct and orders are in line with recommended stock requirements
• Monitor and receive all stock and maintain record of al inventory and enter all information appropriately in database.
• Evaluate all complete orders to maintain accurate and prepare documents for all inventory levels and place replenishment requests as required.
• Check all orders and ensure accuracy of all forms and inform management for all incomplete orders and verify all client information to deliver all products.
• Determine all product requirements and prepare required paperwork, manage inventory and identify correct product
• Inspect all stock items and discard all defective products and report any damages to manager
• Communicate defective products to the supplier
• Coordinate with account departments and settle all warranty claims.
• Monitor defective products and withdraw specific batch of products if required.
• Manage all warranty claims and ensure appropriate action
