Highly self-sufficient Facilities maintenance and management supervisor/maintenance Engineer with 12+ years’ gulf experience in property Maintenance and management .Admin, coordinating and supervising the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, properties and equipment’s, cooling systems, swimming pools and pump rooms, water hear system, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, firefighting, fire alarms, CCTV, etc. etc…..
Overall in-charge of maintenance, 24x7 customer service in on call. Coordination and support with property manager and management on budget development, maintain the inventory of tools, materials and work regards. Evaluate each worker’s performance to ensure quality operations, developing and implementing maintenance procedures and maintaining personal records. Investigate accidents and prepare relevant periodical reports, preparing PPM schedules and check lists work orders and maintain the customer service regards reports and feed backs.
supervision of all maintenance works and staffs, designing the maintenance strategies and procedures, Managing planning and scheduling all kind of planned and unplanned work; diagnosing breakdown problems; carrying out quality inspections on new and old projects to take over and hand over, liaising with clients departments and customers; arranging specialist procurement as for the requirement of fixtures, fittings or components; controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment; monitoring and controlling maintenance costs; dealing with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs.
Represent Property Manager (Facility manager) as key contact when a New Tenant moves in to provide our guidelines, Update to the manager and coordinators to any new guidelines to be cascaded to Tenants, Act as a management representative for central liaison between internal departments, Property inspection for moving in/out Tenants, Full responsibility of Staff management and property maintenance, Also able support cleaning department, security department, Able to Manage the formalities of end of leas apartments, key hand over to the new tenants, and take over from the vacating tenants, Preparing the conditional inspection reports and submitting to the management.
