Handle all reservations, inquiries and concerns through telephone and emails. Provide the daily reports to the manager and director.
Provide all the answers to the customer's and driver's inquiry and concern in the shortest time possible. Produce company promoters as much as
possible by providing excellent customer services. Work as a team and help manage your team members. Provide the team's daily and weekly
statistics.
Make sure the virtual inventory is aligned as much as possible with the physical inventory. Provide reports regarding inventory movements and
variances. Trace and resolve the reasons of the variances. Work as a team and provide assistance to other colleagues.
