Architectural Design Associate
• Support the Senior Architect in development and implementation of design and drawings of the projects that may be
assigned by the Project Manager, Managing Director or by the President.
• To provide an efficient design to the project and other necessary and essential structures that could deliver quality and aesthetics considering latest cost-effective & eco-friendly materials and equipment.
• Checking all architectural plans considering client's notions and preferences, Interior design scheme, over-all design
approach and landscape intentions.
• Responsible for the preparation of shop drawings to clarify details of the design that may serve and relevant to consultant,
designers and contractors.
• Prepares as-built drawings and design intents for renovation projects.
• Liaise with the project manager, site architects and engineers, including attending regular meetings to keep the team
informed of the progress and development of the project.
• Visit construction sites to observe conditions impacting architectural designs and to identify solutions to technical design
problems and others that may arise during construction.
• Helps in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (quantity take-off) for every project handled and involved with.
• Strictly adhere to the company policies, procedures, code of conduct and limits of authority and any changes thereafter.
Interior Design Associate
• Support the Senior Interior designer in project design development, selection of materials, furniture and equipment.
• Helps in planning and implementing functions and aesthetics accordingly in the project.
• Assists in the production of presentation to the clients and government approving bodies and agencies.
• Coordinate with the site architects, engineers and contractors during the various phases of the project, pre-design, design
development, pre-construction and post construction.
CAD Designer / Encoder
• Prepares architectural and interior design for various phases of the projects.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation of the drawing.
• Contribute to the creation of a system of drawing standards.
• Assists in the composition of project numbers, codes and drawing sheet numbers.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all the drawings prior to submission.
• File drawings and documents properly according to the project.
• Responsible for immediate updating, altering and revising all drawings if any changes and additions to the project and/or considering clients and consultants notations and approvals.
• Helps in preparing and production of Electrical, Structural, Mechanical and Telecommunication design drawings.
Site Coordinator
• Prepares architectural and interior design as-built plans for various phases of the projects.
• Support the senior architect in the development and preparation of the construction plans.
• Prepares the Coordination drawing between architectural and interior design with Structural and MEP plans.

Project Coordinator / Inspector / Evaluator
- Attends project coordination meetings with the production dept., contractors (general and subordinate), and product
suppliers before, during and after building construction.
- Assist and coordinates with the Production department regarding possible immediate revisions/additions/alterations
before, during and after construction development.
- Conducts regular site and building inspections during construction stage of the project.
- Work on timely ocular inspections in every building checking and examining products, services, equipments used during construction of the project.
- Conduct meetings and appointments with prospective product suppliers for project development.
- Attends timely product demonstration of different reliable suppliers.
- Study and evaluates credibility of each and every products demonstrated by different product suppliers.
- Participate in evaluation of the integrity of the services rendered by the different contractors.
- Perform the approval of submitted alteration and extensions plans of the buyers/homeowners.
