• Oversee overall new installations, commissioning, inspection of various Waste water treatment Equipment (Screens, Pumps, Compressors, Clarifiers, Boilers…)
• Manage and coordinate contractors onsite
• Monitor implementation of Project Quality Plans (PQP’s)
• Review and approve of Contractor’s Method Statements (MS’s)
• Review the Contractor’s quality control plans (QCP’s) and ensure compliance with applicable specification. Placing “Hold points’’ on identified plant for the Engineers to inspect where applicable
• Design and review Contractor’s design for compliance with the relevant specifications as outlined in the contract documents for waste water treatment plant process flow and equipment specifications
• Assist in design changes as the need arise when required
• Electro-mechanical design
• Checking of civil diagrams with regards to mechanical works and advise accordingly
• Assist with compiling of the final operational and maintenance manual
• Record keeping on a daily bases as work progress, which include daily site diary and photos
• Review the Contractor’s commissioning Method Statements for compliance to specification before commencement of works
• Supervise all Stages of construction projects, maintenance projects
• Interpret technical drawings and Make day-to-day tactical decisions on-site and off-site
• Manage programmed requirements on site and ensure all sub-contractor documentations are up to date.
