Available upon request. * Handling all the bills for the charges of our client and coordinate to the Accounts
Department.
* Coordinate the PRO for the regarding the visa of our client.
* Handling Materials Requisition using the Importmax and Docmax system.
* Coordinate and Implement of office procedures and frequently have responsibility and
tasks in some cases, oversee and supervise the work of junior staff.
* Handling documentation, Material Requisition, using Oracle system.
* Prepare minutes for the meeting.
* Creates and maintains client information to the system of the facility.
* Work with the client with daily transaction activity file processing and support.
* Reviews completed documentation for accuracy and completeness; request
corrections as necessary.
* Gathered data to assist with preparation of key reports; distributes as required.
* Daily checking of the facility and update to the managers.
* Prepares Purchase Requisition for materials needed in department,
* Facilitate communication between sub-contractor and engineering on technical
matters.
* Reply the correspondence emails.
* Other duties as assign by immediate manager with in the respective facilities.
Other duty:
* Make travel arrangement for the Management and client such as hotel bookings,
ticket, transportation etc.
* Reliever for the reception area.

* Responsible for the day to day supervision of facility services provider including sub-
contractor and cleaning personnel, ensuring they are clear about expected standards
of performance, safe practices related to their job tasks.
* Responsible for the allocation of work request of client/other department and
supervise the execution of works throughout the activity to ensure the quality of
services and program of works and ensure activities are carried out within the agreed
time frame;
* Assists clients and other department for facilities requirements.
* Responsible for document controlling and fillings within the approved filing system.
* Coordinate with subcontractors regarding work requirements and sourcing out of
suppliers of the materials needed.
* Providing routine clerical and administrative support to officers and managers.
* Responsible for the office supplies request and coordinate with the vendors to order
the items.
* Organizing company events (i.e. Golf Day, Naming Ceremony, and Management
Party.)
* Coordinate company events to make it sure to run smoothly and successfully like
transport arrangement, venue, selecting menus and others.
* Coordinate with suppliers regarding for orders.
* Arrange and issue mobile and telephone lines to our client offices.
* Calculate and provide client all estimates of potential costs to according to their
request.
* Arrange bookings for the meeting of the Senior Management and prepared their
handouts.
