• Coordinates with recruitment in monitoring, checking and validating job position/s indicated in personnel requisition forms submitted by different departments.

• Coordinates visa and work permit applications for new and renewal employees (MOL, Freezone, Immigration)
• Coordinates visa cancellation for resigned and terminated
• Maintains and update Healthcare Insurance database in the system
• HR Helpdesk
• Leave Management
• Ensures that all employees details are updated in HRMS
• File Management
• Scanning of all HR Documents and exporting to Omnidocs (like: employees file, passport, residence visa, labour card & contract, dso id card, emirates ID, certificates, and letters)
• Archival and Retrieval of HR general documents

PAYROLL
• Creation of Employee Code for newly hired employees
• Processes primary and compensation entries for payroll
• Processes WPS
• Monitors personnel movements such as transfer, promotion, that will implement salary adjustments and job classification upgrade for certain positions. (ERF/ECR)
• Monitoring HR - Services tracker
• Computes End of Service Benefits (EOSB)
