Key Deliverables: Managing one of the busiest Terminals in Karachi. Supervising 30+ staf members at the terminal. Supervising POL products Ocean vessel receipts via KPT BOP. Supervise Decantation of PMG, HSD, Naphtha, and other petroleum products. Supervise Shipment of PMG, HSD, Naphtha, HSFO, and other petroleum products. Supplier & Vendor assessment. Management of operational Gains/ Loss & Stock Records. Gains/ Loss assessment on standard calculations 15°C, 60°F & 85°F. Implementation of best working practices at terminal. Ensuring the operational activities should be performed according to the Company SOP with safe and time efective manner. Assist sales teams in achieving its targets by supervising & executing planned/unplanned loading /decantation. Keep Close coordination with sourcing, logistics and sales department along with Refinery authorities to facilitate operational needs once product availability is ensured for executions. Preparing and presenting the Monthly /Quarterly/ Annual Oil movement, Loss/gain and Stock Reports. Handling Bulk Oil Movement to up-country.

Key Deliverables:
• Production floor management.
• To supervise and monitor the production floor through supervisors, technical oficers & junior technical oficers.
• To optimize the productivity with minimum rejection
• Maintenance coordination for planned and preventive maintenance.
• To plan and schedule the work and efectively organize the production floor in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.
• Follow up production target and to make sure that production stafs are fulfilling the Company /Sales requirement.
• To ensure the proper usage of material /equipments and to improve methods required for cost saving/cost reduction.
• Manpower deployment and planning for leaves and rotation in shifts.
• Production planning, creating weekly & monthly production plans.
• Conducting trail runs of new recipes & materials.
• Making Feasibility report & Scope of work for development projects.
• Preparation of presentations for delegates.
• Raw Material management.
• To maintain the documents related to HSE and production.
• HSE coordinator of Plastics Division.
• Posting of Daily Production reports in SAP.
• Developing and analysis of Scrap report through SAP.
• Creating & Changing Bill of Material in SAP.
• Creating & Changing of Routing of Material in SAP.
• Weekly material reconciliation through SAP.
• Developing and analysis of Breakdown report.

Key Deliverables:
• Ensure smooth and trouble free operation of machines.
• Monitor process and quality parameters. Troubleshooting and corrective action wherever required.
• Maintenance coordination for planned and preventive maintenance.
