I'm presently working assisting the media Director on editing and recording of events also assisting in the sound department in making sure that all sound equipments a functioning effectively and finally I play the piano as a pianist in all events and functions.
I was actually in charge of inquiring from the community where we were working on what were their challenges, set-backs then organise serminars that could be of help to the community also enhances and encourages the good work/development made by other NGO's and organisations.
I was undergoing my Industral Training at this period of time and while I was working there, I was Basically in charge of keeping the systems running properly and also making sure the softwares are up to date and functioning well for effective communication.
I was simply involved in taking our marchandise to our clients we've communicate our specialise products and service to and encourage them to partake in what we are offering them making them see what they stand to benefit from us.
I was tutored and trained on Identification of Machines, Method of Operation, Safety Precautions, Disc Identification, Disc Discard Criteria, Disc replacement procedure and Protective Clothing.
I was tutored on the general principles associated with Medical First Aid, materials in a First Aid box, how to manage an emergency scene, Assessing a casualty, the human body structure and functions, basic life support for unconscious casualties, managing of shock in a casualty, treatments administered to casualties involved in bleeding, Burns, Scalds, accidents caused by electricity, fractures, toxological hazards onboard ship, how to enter an enclosed space, the need for sterilization and the use of communication equipments when incident occurs and means of transporting casualties.
I learnt the behaviour of the burning process of a fire, what causes the spread of a fire, phases of fire, methods of extinguishing fires, Classes of fire, types of extinguishers and the various classes of fire they are used for, how to inspect, maintain and service extinguishers. How to recognise hazards, how to prevent onboard fire outbreak, the need for constant vigilance, important of fire detectors in a building, use of fire hose and fire Nozzle and procedures in fighting a fire. The use of Self contained breathing apparatus.
I had a 4 year course in Computer Science studying the Computer System in details, from the application aspect to the maintenance aspect.
I learnt the basics of what I was to expect in the University and it was in the duration of 6years.
