- Estimation of main works and subcontract works for procurement and tendering.
- Gathering quotation and negotiate with suppliers/sub-contractors to get the best quality and the best rate possible for required material/service.
- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality to obtain the maximum benefit of savings for the company.
- Subcontract Works - subcontractor procurement, managing subcontractor’s accounts such as evaluation of interim and final accounts; prepare correspondence on contract related issues.
- Preparation of Sub-Contract Agreement for various work packages and Bill of Quantities.
- Complete the measurement and re-measurement of building works from drawings for civil, architectural and structural works using Auto CADD.
- Manage sub-contractors/suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
- Liaise with sub-contractors/suppliers on delivery schedule to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
- Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.
- Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
- Issuing payment certificate to subcontractors/ suppliers.
- Monitors and maintain Project Log of all required Bank Guarantees, warranties, insurances and other specified documentation in accordance with Conditions of Contract.
- Review all Contract Agreement Documents to make sure of Contractor’s scope of works and its contractual obligations under the Agreement.
- Payment Applications to Clients and coordinate with Client’s Consultant on Commercial related matters regarding payments, variations claims and final accounts.
- Multiple tasks involvement on all aspect of both Pre & Post contract projects. Cost assessment of VO claims & proposals.

- Quantity takeoff of construction materials (Civil, Struc’l, and Arch’l) Such as rebar and concrete works, architectural fit-out, drywalls and ceilings,
painting works, stone works, doors and hardware.
- Gathering of data / quotation from suppliers and contractors for proper costing.
- Register and review all drawing issues for all quantity and cost implications.
- Conduct regular site inspection.
- Evaluation / Recommendation of Change Order Claims.
- Evaluation of tenders.
- Attend weekly project technical group meeting with Client and Contractors.
- Assists in the preparation of bid evaluation report.
- Preparation and valuation of progress and final payments in connection with any contract or sub-contract.

- Estimate Civil, Structural, Architectural, Sanitary/Plumbing & Fire Protection Works.
- Attend pre-bid meeting and site inspection.
- Prepare all the necessary submittals needed for the submission of bid proposal.
- Review drawings and technical specification of the project.
- Responsible for preparing bid proposals.
- Gathering quotation.
- Performs other technical and engineering task assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
- Preparing Bill of Quantities.
