Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and other facilities. Making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities. Performing laundry duties and changing linen or towels. Stocking general housekeeping supplies and reporting any equipment malfunctioning. Moving and arranging furniture and observing precautions to protect self and guest property. Restock and replenish supplies in guest rooms and public areas. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Take meal and beverage orders from customers. Prepare the bill for tables when requested. Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid. Set up tables with necessary utensils, napkins, and condiments. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Check that customers are satisfied with their meal. Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
