Duties
• Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including
hardware, software, and network systems.
• Responding to user inquiries, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize
productivity.
• Conducting user training sessions to promote IT literacy and ensure the smooth adoption of new
technologies.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation
• enabling efficient troubleshooting and knowledge sharing within the team.
To ensure smooth running of 30 computers, administration networks and 4 servers
•Providing technical support to associate IT managers
•Repairing and replacing all the computer’s hardware parts which are undergoing problems
•Handling virus related issues
•Taking the lead in recovery of data
•Checking inventory and writing the order as per requirements and forwarding the list to associated IT managers
Planning, assembling and installing computer systems in designated networks as per specifications.
•Maintaining, installing, supporting and upgrading oracle 10g/11g databases and development databases which include tablespace management, user creation, privileges roles etc.
•Monitoring and administering IT systems of the firm and made recommendations to senior managers regarding hardware replacements, upgrades and new installations required.
•Providing solutions and technical guidance to clients facing technical issues and difficulties.

Duties
•Maintenance on copy machines, Xerox scanner, HP printers and Scanner
•Daily server updating on a regular basics and Second Level Technical support
•Repairing and upgrading old installed systems and configuring new systems.
•Administering & designing LANs, WANs internet/intranet, and voice networks.
•Network connectivity troubleshooting, ping, tracert, telnet.
Working on systems maintenance patches and data fixes.
•Creating test programs according to specification.
•Providing support in the event of software failure.
•Suggesting improvements to the usage of applications and their design.
Duties
•Managing and administering Windows/Linux systems and performing periodic maintenance, providing technical support and executed systems engineering.
•Implementing proper recovery procedures for disasters and administered user-accounts’ mailbox.
•Assisting in the timely recovery of data lost due to software crash or hardware failure.
•Conducting periodic performance tests on existing servers

I have had the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and skills in various areas of computer science. Here are some of my achievements and projects: Academic Excellence: Throughout my studies, I maintained a high level of academic performance, consistently achieving excellent grades and receiving recognition for my academic achievements. I consistently ranked at the top of my class and was awarded several academic honors. Software Development Project: During my third year, I led a team of fellow students in developing a web-based e-commerce platform. We designed and implemented the system using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. The platform allowed users to browse and purchase products online, with features like shopping cart management, order tracking, and secure payment integration. Artificial Intelligence Research: As part of my final year project, I conducted research in the field of artificial intelligence. I focused on developing a machine-learning model to classify handwritten digits using deep neural networks. I trained the model on a large dataset of handwritten digits and achieved high accuracy in digit recognition. Mobile Application Development: As a personal project, I developed a mobile application for Android devices. The app was a task management tool that allowed users to create, organize, and prioritize their daily tasks. It featured intuitive user interfaces, real-time synchronization across devices, and reminder notifications to help users stay organized and productive.
