- Experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics: Import
& Export, Transport, Transshipment & Door-To-Door Services; Handles the Key Account Clients for shipping & logistics requirements; Handles shipment enquiries for import & export received from sales & ensure accurate updates of shipment details in master database; Obtain & negotiate rates from carriers/airlines/agents local & overseas as per the client’s requirements; Coordinate & track shipments movements from uplift, customs clearance & delivery to consignee's door; Verification of pertinent shipping documents as per Qatar Customs requirements; Ensure pro-active communication & shipment report status for the client; Raise payment invoices to customer & closing of job files; Reports directly to the Operations Manager.
- Administrator and Coordinator for the T&C and QA/QC Departments; Generate weekly reports; Prepare and consolidate Test Sheets for tested instrument/equipment prior commissioning & hand-over; Coordinate visas, accommodations & transportations for vendors; Compile, prepare & transmit T&C and QA/QC Documents (ISO Standard) to consultants and client; Reports directly to the T&C and QA/QC Managers.
- Administrator & Coordinator for the HSE Department; Generate & prepare narrative HSE Reports & presentations; Prepare & update Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the project site; Generate manpower updates & reports; Consolidate, edit, update & transmit Safety Management System (SMS) for project site & consultants use; Generate, transmit & file HSE correspondences; Monitor & update manpower, heavy equipment & other equipment contracts used by HSE Department; Generate & monitor project site security & gate passes; Indent (research is necessary), monitor & receive HSE equipment, PPE & other supplies; Verify & check invoices & deliver notes prior certification of HSE Manager; Generate & prepare minutes of the meeting for HSE Coordination & Internal meetings; Reports directly to the HSE Manager.
- Administrator of the Temporary Workers Accommodation liaising with the sub-contractors; Generate & prepare monthly payment certificates to back charge sub-contractors; Coordinate waste management at project site & office; Reports directly to the Administration Manager.
- Managed the administration works of the office; Handled FedEx transactions, follow-ups & cash flow reports; Reported directly to FedEx Doha Main Office & the Company President.
