My main responsibilities are to lead and manage the Regional Technical Operations Center.
Summary of responsibilities are the following:
-- Supervise Master Control personnel in the implementation of program switching of the required audio-video signal (TV commercials, TV programs, plugs and graphic crawlers) in accordance with the program schedule;
-- Ensure program output are compliant within the TV broadcast standards.
-- Oversee implementation of preparations, recording and editing of various audio-video materials from satellite feed needed for program switching
-- Schedule the Master Control personnel duty
-- Implements effective safekeeping/custodianship of existing broadcast equipment and facilities in the regional station.
My main responsibilities are to lead and manage the Regional TV Station live news - studio and field engineering operations, and Regional TV systems maintenance.
Summary of responsibilities are the following:
-- Oversee timely delivery of all technical and manpower services, and ensure program output are compliant within the TV broadcast standards.
-- Oversee the Studio and Field operations which include the performance of the assigned personnel in their duties and responsibilities and observance of their approved operating procedures.
-- Oversee the performance of the TV Systems and Maintenance Technician including the on-time restoration of all equipment under repair.
-- Plan manpower assignment and equipment setup/budget for daily news and special TV coverages
-- Implements inventory management of the existing/available broadcast equipment and facilties including acquisition of needed materials, service units and spare parts.
My main task was to operate the video production switcher during live/recording of the daily news and special events, both on studio and field operations. I also performed other tasks in studio and remote operations of the regional TV station such as assistance in the installation/setup of audio-video systems for the daily news and special events. I was also assigned to setup and operate the OB Van portable microwave transmitter in the absence of the microwave man.
My main responsibility was to edit the videos for airing of the City government daily TV news. I was also assigned to recommend upgrades and purchases of equipment & IT devices in addition to my tasks on the setup/installation and basic maintenance of audio-video systems and IT-related equipment.
Summary of my responsibilities were the following:
-- Provide/prepare IT-related procurement recommendations in cooperation with the City Bids and Awards Committee
-- Perform computer/computer network installation & maintenance.
-- Perform video editing & basic animation for the weekly TV program of the city government and other special city video presentations
-- Assist in the sound system and video projection wall setup during City special events and festivals.

-- Perform videography, video editing & basic animation for the weekly TV program of the City government and other special city audio-video presentations
-- Perform graphics design jobs and clerical duties
- Perform video editing & basic animation on weekly shows
- Setup/install multi-camera system during special TV coverage in studio and on field and operates video switcher during coverage proper
- Conduct basic electronics maintenance on various broadcast equipment.
- Conduct computer and network maintenance
