PLC Fault Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and monitor Mitsubishi PLCs using GX Works software to quickly isolate automated system errors and minimize manufacturing downtime.
VFD Configuration: Program, parameterize, and maintain Delta VFD-M series drives housed within MCC panels to ensure precise speed and torque control for conveyor motors.
Automation Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and replace industrial sensors, actuators, relays, and limit switches integrated with Mitsubishi automation loops.
System Optimization: Analyze electrical schematics and monitor Delta drive fault codes (e.g., overcurrent, overvoltage) to optimize motor performance and prevent repetitive failures.
Preventive Inspections: Conduct scheduled electrical inspections on MCC cubicles and control panels, checking terminal tightness, ventilation, and insulation resistance to prolong hardware lifespans.
LOTO Compliance: Enforce strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety protocols during MCC bucket isolation, VFD replacements, and live electrical panel troubleshooting.
