Job Description
To oversee safety personnel's and ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with ABV/YASREF
safety standards, company policies and procedures. Prepare & review HSE training programs. Support the construction production, commissioning & operation activities. Monitor the implementation of site Health,
Safety and Environmental Managements System. And Promote safety awareness to all departments
personnel's in. maintaining the site safety programmed in accordance with project procedure manuals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Advise construction management on HSE matters to ensure the implementation of program and plans.
• Facilitate internal audit and external auditing as per divisional auditing schedule and compile tracking
report for close out of remedial action taken.
• Prepare and reviews a job safety analysis, (JSA) and job hazard analysis (JHA), and evacuation plan.
• Verifies effective implementations of the company Project Procedure Manual through carrying out site
daily inspections. Including sub-contractors and rental manpower's
• Participate and be proactive with Civil Work production meeting, weekly HSE managers corporate
meeting, and interface meetings
• Conduct investigation to all accident/incident related to the jobsite project and submits the relevant
report to HSE Manager.
• Monitors effectively close out for all deficiencies found during PMT HSE Directorate audits and inspections to the work site area
• Reports to HSE Manager on all non-conformities and non-compliance issues for immediate action
• Identifies all potential safety hazards, take action or recommendation to control such found hazards.
• Conducts required training identified in the annual training plans for the company & contractor personnel'
• Analyzes and monitors implementation of the HSE observation reporting system
• Conducts HSE Yasref Orientation to all new / transferred employees.
• Develops and updates the company HSE orientation programs
• Collates monthly HSE statistics from construction group work site area and submits to the HSE
manager for final reporting.
