Managing and Executing projects from its initial stage till the handing over of works like Infrastructure MEP Networks, Building MEP Works, Street / Tunnel / Landscape Lighting Works, Fire Fighting Systems, ELV Systems, Kahramaa / Ashghal Pipes & Cable Networks, Electrical Substation, Fit Out works. .
Responsible for submission of Projects Transactions to KAHRAMAA and Submitting inspections and obtaining KAHRAMAA approval.
Attend and witness Testing and Commissioning procedures for all electrical and systems integration. Attending authority inspections (KAHRAMAA - Civil Defense (QCDD).... etc., ) and follow the comments with the contractor.
Planning, controlling and monitoring the actual execution of all electrical related works of the project, to ensure that the project will be done in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards (KAHRAMAA Regulation).
Erection, Testing, Commissioning & Energization of Substation MEP Equipment like Bus Bar, Transformer, Switchgear, Bus Duct, LV Panels, MDB, SMDB, DB, Central Battery System, Battery Charger, Capacitor Banks, HVAC Package System, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting System.
Estimating, preparing and assigning the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related work prior to execution.
Ensured timely readiness of project deliverables such as Shop drawings, Load Schedules, Single line diagrams, Voltage drop calculations etc. in line with project documents / design intent.
Prepare construction phase documentation, calculations including lighting, earthing, tunnel, short-circuit and voltage drop, breaker, cable sizing, capacitor bank, street lighting and cable bending radius, busbar calculation as per QCS 2014 & Qatar Electrical regulation and British Standards.
Ensuring that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
Reviewing material submittals, shop drawings, method statement and operation & maintenance manuals for quality check and approvals.
Project team leader controlling all aspects of the Electrical works including Operation, Planning, Execution, Supervision Testing Commissioning, Estimation & Tendering, Design & Drafting, Scheduling, Submittals, Maintenance, Procurement & Manpower handling etc.
Corroborates various Building & INFRA design packages for Electrical (MV/LV/ELV) in addition oversees overall MEP systems alignment in partnership with External / In-house design teams.
Study/Review of tender documents, scope of work, drawings, BOQ, specifications, client’s requirement and etc, from the tender documents for proper estimating works.
Monitor Prepare, review, and approve design drawing, IFC drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submittal, prequalification, method of statement, operation and maintenance manual, budgets and variation for techno-commercial cost impacts

Supervise technicians and other engineers during installation of electrical equipment, including electric motors, machinery controls, lighting, and wiring in buildings, power generation, LV distribution system, control, earthing, lightning protection, fire alarm and detection, and communication system.
Overseeing and professional management of site installations ensuring that all are carried out to high - quality standards and approved drawing & approved installation methods with focusing to achieve the specified targets / milestones.
Monitor quality of works and access the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring the same complies with contracts / QCS specifications, safety and health risk assessment and environmental mitigating measures respectively on a daily basis.
Implement day-to-day MEP tasks and schedules on assigned projects comprising on time and on quality completion of all constructions on allocated sites.
Overall in charge for MEP and FF systems for submittals, shop drawings, programs, planning, execution, procurement, correspondences, quality, testing and commissioning and final handing over and MEP coordination.
Conduct weekly meetings prepare and submit weekly site reports and highlight issues that arise on site to the Project Lead.
Track and record onsite MEP requirements as per project specifications, cost estimations, and monitor allocation of work to contractors and sub-contractors.
Responsible for preparation of MEP services layouts and combined services / coordination drawings by checking electrical, ELV, HVAC, plumbing and firefighting services.
Assist the Project Manager / Planning Engineer in preparing schedule of works and achieving targets for MEP works and procurement.
Attend design/coordination meetings with consultant and specialist subcontractors/suppliers.
Pricing material and labor cost of an each BOQ item in the price comparison sheets, by using the quotations and a pre-
determined manpower production rates
Technical evaluation of supplier/sub-contractor quotations as per tender requirements.
Follow up with the supplier/sub-contractor to obtain quotation in time, clarify to all their queries and meetings with
the supplier/sub-contractor when required.
Preparing price analysis, proposed vendor list, data sheet and qualifications as applicable.
Manage entire Packages (construction & Testing & Commissioning) related to Medical Equipment, Medical Gases, Pneumatic Tube Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, PA Systems in addition to relocating of existing Services (which includes 11KV Cables, Fiber optics Network Cables, Medical Waste Storage Yard and Fire Pump Room). Responsible to directly lead and manage the MEP technical team and on-site team.
Drawing review meeting with Dubai Health Authority, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense.
Plan Schedule of Tasks incorporating Equipment, Manpower Requirements, and Costs to support the monitoring of Project Milestones; Authority Approvals; Engineering Design; Client-Nominated Suppliers / Sub-contractors; Pre- qualification of Suppliers / Sub-contractors, Material Submissions, and Methods Statements; Construction; Testing,
Commissioning and Hand-over.
Execute projects as per contract conditions, schedules and budget limits.
Manage project planning, scheduling, supervising, controlling and administering to ensure project timely completion
at the lowest possible cost without comprise on safety and quality.
Handle material sourcing, in coordination with procurement department ensuring the best possible price without
compromising quality.
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.,
required for all MEP and related works prior to execution.
Preparing price analysis, proposed vendor list, data sheet and qualifications as applicable.
Responsible for entire MEP Site Coordination, Estimation, Planning / Scheduling & Documentation of all the Testing
& Commissioning activities.
Maintenance during Defect Liability Period of Completed projects.
Developing proposals from the Electrical Specifications. Costing, Pricing Bill of Materials based on the GA Drawings & Technical Details with design adjustments, by closely working with the suppliers.
Fire alarm panel assembly and new devices programming & map fault programming.
Review all electrical, fire alarm, CCTV, security systems and BMS system prior to formal submission.
Responsible for preparation of electrical services layouts and combined services / coordination drawings by checking

Material Take off and Material approval Submission preparation, costing preparation, Estimation of tenders, Site
Execution.
Completing the stage wise installation inspection, integrity within the system inspection and integrity with the whole
system of the Fire Alarm Systems as per the schedule.
Ensure scheduled Protective Maintenance, and clear issues during Defect liability Project.
Technical Proposals preparation, B.O.Q and Report writing related to Power and Energy.
Prepare Lighting layouts, power layouts, Load schedule, single line diagram and the related engineering calculations like panel board circuits and main distribution board circuit breaker size selection etc.
Calculate the T/F selection, Electrical load calculation, Breaker selection, cable sizing calculation, lux level calculation, capacitor bank selection, bus bar and Earthing calculation, voltage drop calculation, lighting and illumination design for Commercial+ Residential complexes.
Preparation of Bill of Materials and cost Estimates of Electrical Wiring Installations, repair and maintenance of reports for residential and commercial buildings.
Quotations for electrical equipment's- collecting from local services providers and submitted to external consultants.
Maintaining records and archives to company standards.
