Project team leader controlling all aspects of the MEP works including Operation, Planning, Execution, Testing Commissioning, Estimation and Cost Control, Design and Drafting, Coordination & Supervision, Scheduling, Submittals, Maintenance and Manpower handling etc.
Supervision, Installation and pre commissioning and commissioning (Testing), start up and Operation &maintenance (O&M) for the MEP Works and Special Systems.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
Implemented daily Planned and Achieved Activity report from Site Supervisors and tracking the Progress and Productivity.
LV Design and Raw Power Design, Illumination design, Cable Sizing, Voltage drop calculation, Short Circuit calculation, Load Balancing, Transformer Sizing, Diesel Generator Sizing, UPS sizing, Battery Sizing, Capacitor bank Sizing, Cable Tray Sizing, Earthing, Bus bar sizing, lightning Arrestors Sizing, CCTV/PAS.
Drawing review meeting with Kahramaa, MME, Civil Defense Authority, Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Ashghal, Qatar Gas, Qatar Petroleum.
Manage the MEP projects from post tender stage to the completion of contract to the satisfaction of the clients within the contractual framework agreed.
Present Tender package, which includes bid basis, execution plan, summary of cost estimates and financial reports, ensuring with all necessary information to enable competitive pricing decisions.
Study/Review of tender documents, scope of work, drawings, BOQ, specifications, client’s requirement and etc, from the tender documents for proper estimating works.
Comprehensive bid preparation includes a study of the complete scope of works, drawings, specifications and commercial terms & conditions.
Preparation of preliminary work schedule, labour histogram and method statement for bidding purposes.
Prepare Commercial Cost Working including Equipment Supply, Material, Manpower & finance requirements for
final approval, highlighting supply equipment technical comparison and deviations with the scope of works.
Prepare Direct and Indirect Cost including Preliminaries and detailed estimation, Project Budget preparations.
Prepare competitive quotation of Vendors as backup for supplies, services & subcontractors to support our bids.
Bid preparation as per the client requirement with supporting documents and present to Construction Manager detailing
in deviations with the scope of works and ways to secure project with best possible markup.
Preparing the project baseline program of works in accordance to milestone of contract.
Implement day-to-day MEP tasks and schedules on assigned projects comprising on time and on quality completion of all constructions on allocated sites.
Overall in charge for MEP and FF systems for submittals, shop drawings, programs, planning, execution, procurement, correspondences, quality, testing and commissioning and final handing over and MEP coordination.
Conduct weekly meetings prepare and submit weekly site reports and highlight issues that arise on site to the Project Lead.
Track and record onsite MEP requirements as per project specifications, cost estimations, and monitor allocation of work to contractors and sub-contractors.
Responsible for preparation of MEP services layouts and combined services / coordination drawings by checking electrical, ELV, HVAC, plumbing and firefighting services.
Assist the Project Manager / Planning Engineer in preparing schedule of works and achieving targets for MEP works and procurement.
Attend design/coordination meetings with consultant and specialist subcontractors/suppliers.
Pricing material and labor cost of an each BOQ item in the price comparison sheets, by using the quotations and a pre-
determined manpower production rates
Technical evaluation of supplier/sub-contractor quotations as per tender requirements.
Follow up with the supplier/sub-contractor to obtain quotation in time, clarify to all their queries and meetings with
the supplier/sub-contractor when required.
Preparing price analysis, proposed vendor list, data sheet and qualifications as applicable.
Manage entire Packages (construction & Testing & Commissioning) related to Medical Equipment, Medical Gases, Pneumatic Tube Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, PA Systems in addition to relocating of existing Services (which includes 11KV Cables, Fiber optics Network Cables, Medical Waste Storage Yard and Fire Pump Room). Responsible to directly lead and manage the MEP technical team and on-site team.
Drawing review meeting with Dubai Health Authority, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense.
Plan Schedule of Tasks incorporating Equipment, Manpower Requirements, and Costs to support the monitoring of Project Milestones; Authority Approvals; Engineering Design; Client-Nominated Suppliers / Sub-contractors; Pre- qualification of Suppliers / Sub-contractors, Material Submissions, and Methods Statements; Construction; Testing,
Commissioning and Hand-over.
Execute projects as per contract conditions, schedules and budget limits.
Manage project planning, scheduling, supervising, controlling and administering to ensure project timely completion
at the lowest possible cost without comprise on safety and quality.
Handle material sourcing, in coordination with procurement department ensuring the best possible price without
compromising quality.
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.,
required for all MEP and related works prior to execution.
Preparing price analysis, proposed vendor list, data sheet and qualifications as applicable.
Responsible for entire MEP Site Coordination, Estimation, Planning / Scheduling & Documentation of all the Testing
& Commissioning activities.
Maintenance during Defect Liability Period of Completed projects.
Developing proposals from the Electrical Specifications. Costing, Pricing Bill of Materials based on the GA Drawings & Technical Details with design adjustments, by closely working with the suppliers.
Fire alarm panel assembly and new devices programming & map fault programming.
Review all electrical, fire alarm, CCTV, security systems and BMS system prior to formal submission.

Execution.
Completing the stage wise installation inspection, integrity within the system inspection and integrity with the whole
system of the Fire Alarm Systems as per the schedule.
Ensure scheduled Protective Maintenance, and clear issues during Defect liability Project.
Technical Proposals preparation, B.O.Q and Report writing related to Power and Energy.
Prepare Lighting layouts, power layouts, Load schedule, single line diagram and the related engineering calculations like panel board circuits and main distribution board circuit breaker size selection etc.
Calculate the T/F selection, Electrical load calculation, Breaker selection, cable sizing calculation, lux level calculation, capacitor bank selection, bus bar and Earthing calculation, voltage drop calculation, lighting and illumination design for Commercial+ Residential complexes.
Preparation of Bill of Materials and cost Estimates of Electrical Wiring Installations, repair and maintenance of reports for residential and commercial buildings.
Quotations for electrical equipment's- collecting from local services providers and submitted to external consultants.
Maintaining records and archives to company standards.
