In charge of maintaining and updating the staff data base of Dean and Deluca which includes processing the baladiya and residency requirements of all staff. Ensures all the sick leave and annual leave request was submitted on time in the payroll. Orient the new staff for Company Policy and Procedure. Update the Licenses and request work permit of the store. Request business trip of the managers which includes coordinate the flight schedule and hotel reservation, and also responsible to process the travel expense claim of each trip. Prepares /send daily sales report and makes the weekly trading report for the general manager.
In charge of maintaining and updating Singalong Micro-Finance Project database; provides project documentation to COSCA Community Development Coordinator; receives daily account receivables from collector-motivators; deposits daily account receivables to bank; prepares and submits PRS to DLSU-Manila accounting department; Facilitate deployment of La Salle student to their community service and research; Developed and organized activities that will provide opportunities for the Singalong Cooperative Member to develop their knowledge in entrepreneurship; and also performs other functions which may be delegated by COSCA Community Development Coordinator and COSCA Director.
