• Participate in recruitment campaigns for numerous other staff requirements at NVD for roles such as HGV maintenance manager, purchasing manager, planning & logistics manager, junior accountant, planner and general administrative staff.

• Liaised with clients and landlords to arrange viewings of apartments.
• Showed apartments to clients and answering all their queries.
• Negotiated final deal for property sales and rentals.
• Drew up tenancy agreement as well as organizing signatures, cheques & key handover.
