ORDER PROCESSING:
1. Sending offers of all new products to the customers.
2. Sending available stocks to all customers.
3. Verified the prices of the order received.
4. Prepare the Proforma Invoice.
5. Prepare the shipping plan.
6. Secure the approval for the stocks allocation.
7. Verified the Certificate required for each country and make sure the availability.
8. Arrange the shipment to logistics department for execution of the shipment and make sure to achieved the target shipment date.
9. Answer customer’s request/query regarding product, price, shipment or any issues pertaining for their orders.
PRICES AND COSTING:
1. Working out Regular Price and Promotional Offers for new and existing products to ensure compliance to profitability standards by calculating cost of goods from buying price up to selling price.
2. Prepare costing for all items (CIF / Ex-works / FOB).
3. Prepare prices for Power Retailer and E-Commerce Customer.
4. Managing pricelist, checking price difference and approved prices according to guidelines given by management.
5. Solely responsible updating the price in the system.
COORDINATION/ADMINISTRATION:
1. Coordinating with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information, processing related matters in a timely manner.
2. Review Trade Contract for evaluation and approval of Management.
3. Preparing weekly, monthly sales reports and submitting the same to the Management
4. Check / Validate Credit Note and secure approval for GCC Regions.
5. Check the Product Artwork, Catalogue, Rating Labels, and Manuals before production
6. Solely responsible in creation of product data base in the system.
7. Train and Supervise Sales Coordinator

• Created costing template for all the Regions that helps to save man hour in calculating price with accuracy.
• Created systematic procedure in putting records of all the price offered with full details which helps a lot in verifying any queries related to prices such as price compensation, price difference and any other related request/issue in terms of price.
