I worked as an Safety Inspector.
Facilitating the safety inspection process through
inspection and verify the validity of permits and screening and verification of the equipment and tools used and PPE.
Assist in maintaining safety, health and quality standards within safety management systems.
Checking the safety and calculating risk factors of
machines/building methods/and the use of chemicals.
Monitoring employees to ensure safety measures and best practices are implemented, and assist in maintaining operating controls, security tools.
Looking for unsafe behavior/situation and immediately escalate to the appropriate department.
Reporting any accident on site immediately to Line
Manager.
Supporting overall company operations and other duties as assigned by supervisor..
I worked as a Transport Admin / Driver in a SANG Project.
Responsible for all administrative duties relating to the transport operation.
Arranging vehicle inspections, calibrations and checking all relevant paperwork.
Transport people to their destinations, and handle office pick-up duties, and deliver parcels and documents.
Possess the ability to use both standard maps, and the GPS.
Familiar with local traffic laws & procedures.
Ability to report any serious situations such as accidents, delays, breakdowns etc.
Maintain logs to track routes and deliveries.
I worked as a Administrative Coordinator in the construction department for Aramco project.
Monitoring vehicles and drivers in different projects. Co-ordinating with project admin/office managers to obtain the informations related to to the company vehicles.
Updating and maintaining details of the vehicles in Master File and Vehicle Management system on daily basis.
Generating data file on several tasks.
Coordinating with the vendor company on several vehicle issues on regular basis.
Scanning, copying and filing the documents of vehicles and drivers and maintaining proper documentation work.
Checking mails frequently to take immediate actions on any issues on the projects.
