I’ve joined Syriatel Family -Technical support department from November 22nd 2015 until January 26th 2017 and it was my true entry to a true work place, during my time I’ve acquired handful of skills that improved my experience for what I’ve learned in collage and provided me with new skills on a professional level that can only be acquired in high-level company as Syriatel. Our job requires technical skills in MySQL which I was pretty good at but it also required something more important which is, know how to communicate with people and being able to analyze their problem and translating it into a technical issue that should be solved either by our team or by help of other departments inside Syriatel, which led to high-level understanding the fundamentals of GSMs communication technics and better analyzing the situation and being able to professionally make the best of our diagnostics tools to figure out the problem or help pin-point where it can be handled so that our work become one which improves the efficiency of our team work and the customer gets the feeling the all of our efforts are unite to fix his/her problem, which also helped my communication skills in communicating with customers and being able the absorb their dis-satisfaction and aid them to maintain the belief in Syriatel as the leading GSM provider in Syria
