Institutional Research & Reporting
• Conduct comprehensive educational research projects and preparing accurate, relevant, and
timely reports for internal and external use.
• Create, manage, and maintain Oracle SQL queries to support institutional reporting and ad
hoc operational data requests, ensuring data-driven decision making across all university
divisions.
• Develop, prepare, and review data reports required for submission to external organizations,
including the Private Universities Council (PUC), the Ministry of Higher Education
(MOHE), and embassies.
• Manage, update, and archive institutional data on the University website, while compiling
relevant benchmarks and key metrics for the institutional dashboard.
• Lead the development of annual institutional and departmental reports such as the Fact
Book, Facts & Figures Brochure, semester reports, and government submissions.

Data Integrity, Analytics & Business Intelligence
• Monitor essential business metrics and refine institutional policies and procedures to
ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Analyze institutional data using advanced querying and statistical techniques to support
institutional research, assessment, and accreditation efforts.
• Ensure readiness for accreditation visits by preparing reports, responding to data
requests, and assisting accreditation personnel during the review process.
