Office manager for the chairman ..
- handle all issue of CEO work
- meeting clients
- arranging and handle all boards meeting
- taking minutes of board meeting and follow up the instruction .
• Public Relation representative to communicate with the clients.
• Communicate and coordinate with the chairman and all the Departments.
• Making a filing system for all the project papers work.
• Dealing with daily working problems and issues in the project internal and with the clients solving their all problems.
• Arranging the appointments of the Chairman Office
• Plan, coordinate, and arrange meetings and conferences.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas; attend meetings and record minutes, prepare and distribute minutes.
• Handles hotels and air tickets reservation
Responsible for all the operation, administration & secretarial works in the G.M. Office including:
• Searching internet, E-marketing and communication among importing international companies.
• Meeting Clients & Looking for their needs
• Public Relation representative to communicate with the clients in and out of Egypt
• Communicate and coordinate with the GM and all the Departments in to the company
• Plan, coordinate, and arrange meetings and conferences.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas; attend meetings and record minutes, prepare and distribute minutes.
• Correspondence work - typing & writing
• Filling all the documents and making a file system on computer.
• Organize seminars including preparing presentation. For the projects.
• Member in organize committees for all the events.
• Supervisor of the professional training program sponsored by Ministry of communication and information technology (MCIT). The MCIT provides training to upgrading and developing The IT Skills of the fresh graduates.
• Responsible for all the operation and administration works in two branches of the project and follow up all the administrators of the other branches.
• Coordinate, prepare and distribute the project tasks to the team work.
• Representative from the projects department in communication among the sponsored organizations (MCIT & NTI) in arranging the procedures of the project.
• Preparing and attending all the meetings in /out the office for the project
• preparing and writing the documents including correspondence, reports and emails
• Following up the implementation of the meetings’ results & distribute it
• Making a filing system for all the project papers work.
• Dealing with daily working problems and issues in the project internal and with the clients solving their all problems.
• Dealing and handling all the procedure with the instructors in the project
All Secretarial & Administrative work in the Office including
• Correspondence work
• Filling all the documents
• Meeting Clients & Looking for their needs

• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas; attend meetings and record minutes, prepare and distribute minutes.
• Collecting all the news related to our work from newspapers and prepare them for distributing and filling.
• Telephones calls, receiving, transferring and conference calls.
• Coordinate between the board members and the projects partners.
• Making interviews with families in poor communities about their needs assessment.
• Preparing and Edit reports on technical work.
• Preparing for the board’s meetings.
• Taking minutes of all the meetings & typing all it.
• Responsible for all this duties:
1. In/out communication with customers and looking for their needs
2. Edit and type all documents for the organization.
3. Organize seminars including preparing presentation. For the projects
4. Member in organize committees for all the events.
5. Filing all Documents and making a file system on computer.
6. Solving all problems in community field and reported to board.
Assist the director for secretarial and research work including:
• Typing letters and research Projects
• Collecting data for the research from library resources and through interviews with specialists and NGOs representatives
