Main Duties:
• Assisting in the search for the best sales team candidates and taking part in the interview process.
• Designing, developing and delivering a training program for the technical sales team according to management requirements.
• Assigning tasks to the sales team members and guiding them to ensure the work is done well.
• Reporting directly to the sale manager and performing tasks such as estimating costs, preparing forms and tracking project activities
• Covering company events on social networks, such as scheduling updates, sharing relevant content and answering customer inquiries.
• Setting up social media advertising campaigns, and creating feedback reports & analysis.
• Helping shape & execute future marketing plans in new markets especially Africa.
Main Duties:
• Receiving RFQs and identifying customer requirements and needs.
• Modeling and drawing the needed Engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Preparing detailed technical and financial offers.
• Receiving POs and setting the project phases, terms and time frame.
• Following up the needed after sales services.
Other Duties
• Conducting researches for designing new products for new and potential markets.
• Attending exhibitions and events related to the company field.
• Giving recommendations to increase customers' satisfaction.
Duties:
Managing and Training the cost estimation & design team and following up the following
responsibilities:
• Receiving data from the sales department and then defining the customer needs &
requirements
• Preparing requests for quotations RFQs
• Managing quotations received, selecting the Vendors and setting the lead time for each
product
• Creating suitable solutions for our end customer in the shape of Technical & Financial
Quotations.
• Modeling and designing the needed plans and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Preparing the purchase orders P.Os and Surveying final quantities, specs and
