Position Overall Objective:
Responsible for performing a variety of human resource support duties. Assists in maintaining the human resource database and all employee records and files. Handles & Completes assigned reporting functions involving attendance statistics, termination, hire and transfer data, and other information assigned. Provides recommendations regarding the development and administration of human resource policies and programs. Assists in informing new employees of human resource policies and programs as needed. Performs general office support functions and assists area personnel as necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.
• Contribute to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
• Help with the implementation of services, policies, and programs & assists company managers with any issues they might face.
• Recruitment and staffing logistics;
• Performance management and improvement tracking systems.
• Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping;
• Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping;
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting
• Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
• Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
• Oversees the human resource database. Ensures that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked
• Enters new hire information in the human resource system database
• Completes monthly and year-end reports regarding terminations, transfers, and new hires.
- Handling walk-in new and renewing customers, offering solutions and applying for concessions according to TE Data’s protocols and terms for complaints.
-Building long/short term customer relationships, and following up on critical cases
-Weekly reporting to direct management in addition to any temporarily requested reports
-Maintaining a healthy relationship with the company's clients.
-Presenting TE Data's services & products in a structured professional way face to face.
-Handling walk-in renewing and new clients and providing immediate solutions for customer's problems.
-Resolving customer complaints.
-Following up on critical cases.
-Daily Reporting to Direct Manager and attending one to one meetings on monthly basis.
-Assisting customers & answering their questions.
-Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Promote and sell financial programs to the customers
- Advise each customer about the best financial plan for him
- Deal with any customer problems.
- Reporting Sales daily to Regional Manager
- Attending weekly meetings to follow up on sales flow.
