JEF is a three-day forum that happens every year in the month of February. I was a fresh graduate then and I volunteered as a member of the Hospitality committee. My responsibilities were:
- Ushering guests
- Checking in guests by scanning the bar codes on their access cards
- Providing information about Jeddah and the sponsoring companies of the event
- Handling correspondences
- Typing minutes of meetings
- Scheduling meetings
