Managed a staff of 50 employees, including all Operation, maintenance and Lab activates, and performance evaluation. Develop processes to separate components of liquids and gases or to generate electrical currents using controlled chemical processes. Pre- Commissioning & commissioning project. Factory acceptance test (FAT) for new Equipment. MOC, RCA, HAZOP, finally Investigation Report.
Ensuring the equipment works to its specification to appropriate capacities. Liaise with installation / project engineers and specialist. Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems. Using scientific principles related to magnitude, momentum, heat transfer etc. MOC & RCA.
